Christmas is less than 10 days away, but instead of looking forward, we’re looking back, at some of the epic motorsport events of this year. And today, we’ve stumbled upon this brilliant Roumieh Hillclimb run. Climb aboard an angry BMW 330Ci for a blistering run up the hill, in the hands of none other than Lebanese Hillclimb legend Roger Feghali.
Listen as the furious 3.2-litre S54 Naturally Aspirated unit bounces off the 9,000rpm limiter, champing at the bit on the start line before Feghali lets it loose. As he shifts into gear and drops the clutch, more than 500PS is sent coursing through the rear wheels on to the sun-baked tarmac, as the 1,000kg 330Ci breezes to an overall win.
It’s a furious, purist’s dream, complete with a screaming soundtrack, screeching tyres and enough sideways action to fill your stocking twice over.
