Join us on Thursday 10 October at the Goodwood Hotel as Stephanie shares her science-backed knowledge on how keeping your gut microbiome healthy is the key to managing anxiety and depression.

Stephanie takes a whole body approach to health and wellbeing in this, her second book. She says, “Improving your physical wellness and taking a proactive approach to what you choose to eat, how you live, your sleep patterns and the effort you make to connect with others, will have a profound impact on your life, however old you are.”

During the evening, Stephanie will highlight some of her at home, safe solutions which you can add into your daily routine to engender real and lasting change. There will also be time for questions from the audience.
